Jörg Wachler gained further experience as a piano tuner at the Deutsche Piano Union Leipzig and, from 1998, at the renowned piano manufacturer C. Bechstein. He worked with recognized greats such as Naoki Yamauchi (Bechstein Berlin), Ewald Vögele (Tübingen), Gert Gäbler (Steinway Dresden) and August Förster. We are proud that Jörg has enriched our team as chief voicer with more than 30 years of experience since 2013 and has taken on responsibility for the final development of the FEURICH Wien production.

Jörg Wachler is responsible for the final development of the pianos from the FEURICH Vienna production and is constantly working on new techniques and further developments in the area of tones/intonation. He is always in worldwide contact with our team and our partners.
Growing up very musically as a child, Jörg Wachler began his apprenticeship as a piano builder in Eisenberg in Thuringia (Germany) in 1981, which he completed with distinction. A subsequent three-year apprenticeship in organ building at Schuster & Sohn in Zittau complemented his extensive musical knowledge.
